So, today, I was playing Minecraft on my computer, and my base was near a large village, and many of the villagers came to work in my home. However, as the day (in real life) went on, I noticed that the villagers were starting to disappear. After maybe 2 or 3 hours, my 20-30 strong village had been reduced to less than 10 villagers. I believe this is a bug, and might also be present on other Bedrock platforms as well. Please check this problem out, thank you!
P.S. And if it is intentional, please prevent villagers from despawning, which would be helpful!

If multiple in-game days had passed its possible they were dying at night to mobs if the area was not lit.
