[MCPE-9605] Slimes never spawn

In survival, Slimes never spawn no matter what elevation (or light level in swamps). I know they exist in MCPE, but are exclusive to Creative.

What is your difficulty set to? I cannot reproduce this issue running 0.11.1 on iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 8.4).

My difficulty is set to Monster Mode.

Can't. Confirm this I can find them but SOMETIMES slimed don't spawn in certain swamp biomes.

Out of all times I have played a version 0.9.0 to present, no slimes ever spawn, even in swamps or below layer 40. I know they didn't exist 0.8.1 and below, but I have never seen a Slime in survival. Now matter what elevation or difficulty.

Please update Affected Versions section if you can reproduce this bug in current version.
