[MCPE-96280] Respawn anchors do no play any sound if you die 16 blocks or more far from it

Using the respawn anchor I noticed that it often didn't play any sound when respawning, I thought it was random but doing some testing i noticed that it just don't play any sound if you die 16 blocks or more far from it

Does the issue still occur in the latest version? If so, can you add it to the affected versions?
