Lower damage dealt when on Windows 10 than when on the PE version

Everytime I play against mobile player when I am on the Windows 10 Edition the mobile player kills me even if I hit them more (wearing same armor and holding same sword, only fight without jumping for criticals, even sometimes they deal more damage than me even if I wear stronger armor). I tried to decrease the hit speed rate because maybe it's like on the Java Edition after the combat update but they're still killing me. It happens with every PE player not just with hackers.
