None of my worlds are in the SD card/games/com.mojang/Minecraft folder. Am I missing something or is this a bug. My storage is application. Thanks!

Resolved as Invalid because this is not a bug.
Before reporting a bug, consider asking other community members about it first. If it's just something you weren't aware of, as in this case, it will get your issue resolved sooner, save you from having to create a bug report, and save us from having to process one.
Your storage needs to be set to external.
