Progress counter was reseted and it doesnt work

I am not sure if was in 1.16.20 or 1.16.10, but my progress was reset to 0 hours played. I played lihe 2 hrs, and those hours didnt get registered.
I checked in my xbox's account and it said that i dont have any progress except for my achievement before the issue.

For repeting this issue;
I closed by accident the game while i was playing, and when i loged in again, my world saved my progress, but i didnt notice the issue until the next day.
