Whenever me or my other friends on PE load up a survival mode world, the cobblestone in crafting recipes is replaced with blackstone. I’ve seen it on iPhones and iPads, but also on Android tablets so I know it’s not just an issue with iOS. Every pocket edition device I have with 1.16 has the problem, same with some of my friend’s devices.
