[MCPE-9748] Take the same amount of fall damage

Even when wearing full diamond armor, I fell down about 22 blocks and died.
This has been an issue for me since 0.11.0. Sorry in advance if I have spammed this issue.

Works As Intended. Falls are not a damage source reduced by armor.
I recommend checking the Minecraft Wiki prior to reporting an issue on this bugtracker, as what seems to be a bug to you may actually be intended.
