My Nintendo switch keeps freezing and crashing when opening/closing the app. If I walk away from my game and the system sleeps or if I attempt to close the software to play a different game.The switch will either freeze on Minecraft or it will freeze on the main switch screen after selecting close application.
I am then forced to hard reset my switch. It’s a painful experience because you can clearly hear the switch shutting off like an old TV would. I can’t imagine that this is good for my switch.
Furthermore, I don’t understand why the app doesn’t keep my Microsoft login information. I have to log in each time I want to play by using my phone and going to aka.ms/remoteconnect and even sometimes that will freeze Minecraft and the switch. I don’t get it. It’s frustrating to see that these issues are resolved when they clearly aren’t. There was some temporary relief with the recent bug fixes, but now it’s right back to how it was. Every. Single. Time.
