Log into solo world, game doesn't work for a few seconds after that, it works for a second and then crashes and shuts the minecaft app

Hi there, I have a solo world that I am playing on, Windows 10 - PC. Up until Thursday 27/08/2020, I was able to play my world with no issues. However on Friday I was building a guardian farm and needed to go back to my base, which I was going to do via my nether portals. I go through my nether portal and the game is fine until a few seconds later were it crashes and closes the app. I reopen the game, go into my solo world and the game doesn't register anything ( I can't eat, fire a firework, shoot my bow, I CAN walk but it doesn't affect anything ) and all the mobs are frozen too. The game then catches up after about 10 - 15 seconds, works as normal again but crashes a second afterwards. I've kept trying and seeing if it works around 30+ times now. I really need help!!!! Please!!!

Did you send many Guardians to the Nether while you were building the farm? This can cause issues if too many mobs build up before you go to the Nether to deal with them.

I think it may be too many guardians, I made a copy of my world and put it into creative. Used the /kill command and a bunch of guardians were killed. However after they were killed, I still cant leave the nether because the portals don't work. I tried putting it in peaceful mode in the menu and loading in, but that doesn't work. I would've exported my world to a usb stick or just a folder on my desktop, and then deleted minecraft and re-installed it. However I can't because everytime I try to export, the file size always ends up being 0KB. Btw the file size is 200mb.

I fixed it now. I put world into peaceful mode and let it load for about an hour. I don't know how to delete this project
