All my things disappeared

I was playing in my survival world and I died in the lava, I was full netherite and still everything disappeared except my pants, and also when I died some of my things fell out of the lava and still they were not there, it is impossible for them to disappear because not a minute passed since I got to where I died, and right now I'm pretty pissed off.
