Friends turning into steve, some of them is custom skin and some is steve. But they all are using custom skin (not steve)

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. In Settings > Profile, do you have "Only Allow Trusted Skins" disabled?
