My daughter’s Switch account will not load Minecraft past the Switch logo screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the software, checked for corrupted data, and have tried it in Airplane mode. Her account is the only one that has issues loading the software. It seems to have started shortly after she purchased Minecoins from the E-Store. The picture that I have attached just shows the black screen after the Switch logo. (I know y’all know what a black screen looks like).
