All worlds when logged in simulate being under water. Not able to jump or walk down stairs. Digging is the same speed as if underwater. Underwater bubbles appear but don't go down above food meter.
The game was just fine at 10am EST. It updated when I logged on at 5pm to 1.16.40 (only option to select version was PS4) and now I can’t do much of anything except float on my current Y level.
