Well ever since the Nether update I have had nothing but issues with Villagers not breeding . I have spent 5 in game days watching my villagers and have given them over 10 stacks of carrots between the 6 villagers and no breeding. Do villagers not like Netherack Brick Buildings ? This has happened over multiple worlds as I have created new worlds thinking its my save.

Is this still an issue in the current version?
I can assure you the building material you use has nothing to do with villager breeding. The number of beds they can detect and their ability to pathfind to each other are would be the relevant issues. If you still have a problem, it would help if you could upload a screenshot.

ok so I took 2 villagers and moved them to a different styled building and they bred right away. Why is there nothing about the villagers not liking Netherack Brick buildings ?
