Stuck on Mojang studio screen

I havent been able to play for the past few days. When i load in to my minecraft game, it gets stuck on the mojang studio red screen. When i exit rhe game and restart my console it does the same thing. I am not able to delete the game causw my maps are not backed up due to the fact that i dont have ps plus to back up my data.
