Minecraft crash at the loading screen or menu screen, simply as that. This issue affects me for 5 months and mojang or microsoft don't help me. I can confirm that is not my PC because it's a very good one and, also, i format my PC and nothing change. This issue only happen since 1.16.

If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
