Minecraft Won't Show My Cross-Platform Friends

Before the last update, I could play with my cross-plat friends just fine. Now Minecraft tells me that I don't have any cross-plat friends and when I try to add them, the button doesn't work. I press the add friend button and nothing happens. I'm on PS4 and they're on Xbox One.

Before I start a world and even when I'm in the world trying to invite them, it doesn't matter. Either way, it's not showing that I have cross-plat friends.
