[MCPE-9969] Walking speed seams to be the same as sprinting

On Minecraft Windows 10 Edition, walking speed seams to be the same as sprinting or walking and vise versa.

YotaXP No I was walking. The speed seams to be the same.

This bug has already been reported! Please go here -> (MCPE-9807) and make sure to do a quick search for your bug before just writing a duplicate ticket. Currently 51% of resolved tickets have been duplicates!
