In the store, if I go to my packs, some of them say downloading and have the progress bar. It appeared when I tried to update them. There is no progress in any of my packs with this bug, and it has been this way for some, 7 months, for others, 1 month. I can play the worlds that I already have that are these packs, but I can't create new ones with these packs. The create new world button is missing and greyed out. My Xbox is not out of storage, and neither is minecraft. It is still updating the full game. I have not found a single other instance, person, or mention of this problem.
