Every time that I play the game crashes on me multiple times. It's been happening since two updates ago, counting the update to fix bugs September 5. I have been waiting for the issue to be fixed but after this last update and me constantly losing items from my pocket I believe it's time to reach out to you about the issue. It crashes while playing and I can't pinpoint any certain thing causing it. It happens when my family joins and it happens when no one joins my game. It happens when I use my Modern texture pack and it happens without it. There is no rhyme or reason. There is no error it just suddenly crashes in the middle of playing and I lose items in my pocket. I was a wee bit annoyed today because I collected gold to make the power rails and it crashed when I went to the crafting table to make them. I get back in and all of the gold ingots are gone. I went back to my chest and they weren't there either. I had collected about 50 give or take between finding the gold bricks at the broken portals and the gold in the nether. Please advise. The problem has not gone away. I now have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft PE on my iPad. I lost my worlds that were on my device and started fresh. I made a new world using the Modern Texture pack and I am still being randomly kicked out. As I stated before there is no rhyme or reason. Someone could be in my world or I could be alone playing. I could be in the nether or under water. I could be using the crafting table or cutting down a tree. It doesn’t matter, I just get kicked out. If, like you say, crashes are logged automatically then there should be proof of this happening. I wouldn’t have uninstalled it if I would’ve know this issue would continue. Now I lost my worlds. This has been a big inconvenience. You want me to duplicate the problem but as I have said before it randomly happens. Nothing in particular makes it happen. I am playing and it either freezes and then kicks me out or the screen turns black and then kicks me out. It is random. Could it be the texture pack? I am using the Modern Texture pack. Have you had complaints about it? Do I need to reach out to them? If so who do I contact about that? Please don’t brush me off again. I didn’t reach out for help until it got to the point that I just couldn’t take it anymore. I was hoping it would just go away but it’s not. No matter what I do. 😞
I'm sorry that you are still having issues, and I cannot provide direct "proof" that the crash reports are delivered to the developers, This bug tracker is staffed by community members, not Mojang employees. We don't have access to your account, nor do we see these reports as they go to the developers directly.
You can of course try to narrow down what might be causing the crash, including deactivating any add-ons such as texture packs. If you can find a specific action or add-on that leads to a crash that can be very helpful and would be considered a valid report. You also might try searching the bug tracker for existing "crash" tickets, possibly specifically to iOS or "Modern Texture" to see if any seem the same as yours and then vote for those to raise attention on them.

Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game or realm server and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
If you can provide a list of steps that someone else can follow to reproduce a crash then feel free to create a new report. Please be sure to always search for duplicates before creating any new report.
Sometimes when a crash occurs the world will revert to an earlier last-saved state. This specific issue is tracked as MCPE-12347.
