Realm showed expired but Google Play showed paid. Renew process is bugged out. I had to cancel my subscription then resubscribe to it and it renew my realm. My realm is up and working after do this.

There is not enough information in this report to treat it differently from REALMS-4516, which is generally used to track all issues with realms showing as "expired" after they are paid for.
