Start losing health as if you are starving but the hunger bar looks to be full, and eating makes you lose hunger visually..

Is this only happening on a Dedicated Server, Featured Server (like Mineplex), realms, multiplayer or singleplayer? What plaform/device are you using?

This has been happening on a realm that we pay for. There are multiple players that can join the realm together. I play on an Andriod device. The others play on Xbox.

Does the issue happen immediately, or was the hunger bar already low? A video showing the issue might be helpful.

There are no steps to reproduce as the issue as it is a constant thing as you become hungry.

The hunger bar appears full when it isn't. When you start to starve you lose health but the  hunger bar still looks full.

Before this issue you could see how much hunger you had and whether or not you needed to eat. Also the hunger bar would be empty if you were starving and obviously you would start to lose health then.

It happened to me on a private world. It only stopped after I filled up my hunger bar 100%. I've added a video to the page showing what happens.

I can also confirm it happens on 1.19.2 for bedrock on Nintendo Switch.
