User (this has been received from the helpdesk, making new accounts on the bug tracker is disabled so I am submitting it) says that every time they come back to their realm, it has regressed to an earlier state. This is just after randomly being disconnected (everyone in the server gets disconnected).
Some searching showed this was a bug a while back that got squashed - it seems it has reappeared.

However, this issue is Invalid for the bug tracker.
Generally when everyone gets disconnected from a realm it means there was a crash.
Crashes such as these are logged automatically by the game or server and investigated further by the development team internally, so they are not generally kept on the bug tracker.
If you can provide a list of steps that someone else can follow to consistently reproduce a crash then feel free to create a new report. Please be sure to always search for duplicates before creating any new report. Please see the Bug Tracker Guidelines for more information.
The issue with worlds reverting to the last save after a crash is tracked as MCPE-12347.
