When inviting around 10 people to my realm, many of them received the invitation pop-up on the menu screen. But when they opened the realms menu, the "piece of paper" that lets you accept invites did not show up. This only seemed to happen to people who had not used the realms free trial yet.
Tried relaunching and resending invites. But nothing worked.
I am 100% sure I typed the usernames correctly, as their skin appeared in the pending members list.

@Riley Just so you know, "me too" comments are not helpful. You can use the upvote function to show your support for a bug.
Confirm that toggling between fullscreen and windowed causes the invite and news button to appear.
Another thing that worked for me was to go into the configuration page for an existing realm and go back out to the realm page.
This ticket is a duplicate of MC-249021. As a workaround, simply resize your game window and these buttons should appear.
I found a "Possible" workaround just enter and exit borderless fullscreen and it should be fixed im not sure if it will work for everyone
