All Signs and Book & Quills from around the last two weeks does not show their text/NBT, but the game registers it in Creative Mode (cmd/ctrl + scroll click) when copying the signs/books, so it's still there, just not displayed for some reason. B&Q's also show the correct number of pages, just no text.
All older signs/B&Q's does show their text/NBT without problems.
