When connected to my Realms Plus world the dressing room shows all my customized skins as Steve. If I look at myself (F5) or anyone else on the realm we are all Steve with our respective gamer tags.
If in a local world on my PC then I see my customized characters in the dressing room and with F5.
This was the case on Windows 10, now Windows 11, on a Xbox Series X, and Xbox One X.
I can capture a picture, but this is easily replicated.

I did have "Only allow trusted skins" enabled. Disabled this option, closed out of the realm. Re-connected and I'm still Steve.
To be clear this isn't actually a skin, but a customized character using Character Creator in the dressing room. I only changed body and style features.
Thinking about it, I use a marketplace skin on my second account and that skinned account shows up in the realm without any problem. It's the only non-Steve on the Realm.
Are there any resource packs applied to the Realm? If so, could you try disabling them and see if that fixes the issue?
Hi Ocelot - That did it. Only one resource pack was the problem. This pack states when I am at a chunk border or corner. Convenient, but it is nicer to see members as they wish to be seen and not everyone as Steve. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
Resolving as Cannot Reproduce based on reporter comment about removing a pack.
May be related to or same issue as MCPE-74493.
Do you have the "Only allow trusted skins" option turned on?
If so, does it work if you turn that option off? (You may need to close/reopen the realm for the change to take effect).
