When viewing "Player Activity" section under Realm settings the data displays only "No activity for the past 7 days" despite confirmed usage by multiple users.

Same here. Added a big request and they instantly put it resolved due to others posting. No comments attached indicating it’s a known issue they may or may not be looking into.

The bug Player Activity for Realms is not updating was reported in REALMS-1030 and all other tickets of that kind will be resolved as duplicates of this.
same exact thing here, I haven't been getting activity since the 28th of may and now its the 10th of June. myself and others have both definitely been using the realms on all of those days and before.
