Unable to complete realms subscription

Dear team,

Greetings of the day,

I have been facing issue from couple of months with my realms subscription. I have enclosed the attachments it’s find the same. I have done the basic troubleshooting of removing application, logging off and re-logging back in but unfortunately the error still remains. 

notes : I play it on mobile ( IPhone 13 pro max latest IOS version) and the app is also up to date with App Store.
