Realms not properly working or responding

So basically my friends and I thought it was fine to import my world into realms. bought the subscription and tried importing then it gave me a message along the lines of saying cannot upload please check internet connection and try again. I am pretty sure it was not my internet cause no one was using it at 1 am but me. So I thought might as well try closing the realm and opening again. It said realms failed to connect and also tried making a new world on the realms, still nothing. So me being dumb thought ill just buy realms plus so I can try again. and once again same problems. If anyone knows how to fix this please do reply.
