It started by not loading a skin i received from the marketplace through Realms Plus content. Doing some digging, I found nothing was available even though I have a current Reams Plus subscription on my Microsoft account. For safe measure, I even repeated the process through Minecraft Marketplace and nothing is available. I now have 2 active subscriptions on my Microsoft account, but can't access the content. Having 2 young boys who love playing with me (and getting the 'free' content), it is very frustrating. I even went as far as reinstalling the game. Same result. Help!Β

It doesn't seem to be device related, as I've tried it on my work computer and phone with the same result. I'm going to attempt to get ahold of Microsoft today to see if it's an account issue. But now that I know there is someone else with the same issue...my hopes aren't high :/
I talked to Microsoft Support yesterday and got the duplicate subscription refunded but they told me I needed to talk to Mojang Support for our issue. I sent in one of those ticket things on their website so we shall see.Β
Thought i was the only person to have this bug, turns out a ton of realms plus users have this bug and it has something to do with the new marketplace update. Ive been waiting a day and still no response from mojangπ
It is true what they say...misery loves company. At least I know it wasn't something that I did. I'm new to this site, where exactly do you send things to Mojang Support? I assumed this was it.
Are you still having this issue with the 1.19.10 update?
If so, what happens when you try to download one of the included content items (gets stuck, error message, etc)?

I am having the exact same issue. Been trying any combination of logging out and back in, restarting, deleting worlds, opening and closing realms, nothing fixes it.Β
