I talked to Microsoft Support yesterday and got the duplicate subscription refunded but they told me I needed to talk to Mojang Support for our issue. I sent in one of those ticket things on their website so we shall see.
I am having the exact same issue. Been trying any combination of logging out and back in, restarting, deleting worlds, opening and closing realms, nothing fixes it.
