After playing on our Realms server for a while, we discovered that suddenly all of us can't connect to it. All of us are receiving an io.netty.channel error as seen below and I have no idea what to do. I've tried emailing support and apparently they can't help. Is there anything I can do for this?

same issue has started since tuesday and still cant get back in mojang hopefully can get it fixed its not fun to pay and be down a while which is a waste of money no offense🙂
This seems to be an issue specific to your Minecraft Realm, can you please let us know your Minecraft usernames? @unknown @unknown
