Book writing issues

To start, we often write books on my realm. Occasionally, the title of the book and the author will switch. Normally, we can get around this but a new issue has come about. The issue is that writing a book does not work at all since all of the text is deleted after closing or even after finishing/signing the book. This has become an issues because a friend of mine wrote a full 34-page book that was deleted entirely. I hope this is fixed as soon as possible. If not, thank you for reading this anyways.
