Anything text related doesn’t work (naming,signs,book and quill, command block,structure block) also unable to download world or backups.

 anything text related doesn’t work, text On signs will disappear as soon as you hit enter,anything put on a book and quill will disappear once closed even after signing it, if I try to name an item all the text will turn into “#”, structure blocks won’t save any structures nor will they keep the dimensions I set up before attempting to save it, text will disappear off command blocks which I found a work around for by naming the command block but since I can’t name anything anymore it no longer works. Anytime I try to download the world or backups is says “an error has occurred”.
