On Xbox one, I keep incorrectly getting a message saying I cannot join realms because of how my Microsoft account is set up. I am able to play the realm on my iPad using the same Microsoft account. I do not have a child account, and I have made sure my online settings are correct.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Have you tried to contact the Minecraft Help Center? If not, please do so and let us know if they were able to resolve the issue. We do not have any access to your account via the bug tracker and so are not able to diagnose the issue. Be sure to let them know that you have already reported this as a bug along with the issue ID.
In general, account issues are Invalid on the bug tracker, however, this may be an actual bug since a non-child account should not have any restrictions.
