Not able to add any resource packs or behavior packs to realms.

I've gotten a few packs for my minecraft realm, and when I apply the resource and behavior pack onto any other world, it works fine. But when I add it to my realm and apply it, after I exit the menu it says its complete, but it takes me back to the edit screen. And if I try to restart minecraft and add them, it doesn't work either. Also, one time it has said "Some packs cannot be applied." Or something like that, but I cannot replicate that. If I apply the packs and press cancel, then close and re-open minecraft, it doesn't show that the packs are applied either, I've also tried on my laptop on windows 11, which also does the same thing.
