[REALMS-10836] Lights are not working until broken and replaced. Shadows across realm are pitch black

Hello, we have a realm that we play on pocket edition, and as of the last update lights are not working properly or places out in the open sun are pitch black. Shadows under trees and next to single blocks are as dark as caves. Torches only light a single block space
