[REALMS-10837] Chunks not loading while traveling and causing massive lag

While moving around our realm, chunks won't load in perfect square shapes causing massive lagging and inability to move while waiting for them to load. I only have a screenshot of the ocean but it's happening on land as well I just didn't think to get another screenshot of it
