There is an issue with downloading worlds off of realms on the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 5 versions of the game. Attempting to download the world results in the loading bar freezing or not showing up at all. I tested downloading the world off of the realm from my pc and got a world download just fine. What would be the recommended course of action to get the world to properly download off the realm for the PlayStation consoles? Or is this an external issue that can't be fixed by the Mojang Bug team? If so, then is there a bug report system for the realms service?
