I created the Realms free trial, but I can't play on Realms, my friends can play normally.
Before I was able to log into the server, but the response time was long. But now I can't even log into my Realms.

When I try to log in to Realms, it takes a while at the "LOADING RESOURCE PACKAGES" screen and disconnects from the server, but sometimes I can log in but I can't do anything.
Yes, my devices are connected to the internet. I've tried Wi-Fi on Mobile Data and the problem persists.
