Minecraft Realms rollbacks

I hope this is the right place to be reporting this issue. As the title says, my friends and I have been experiencing unwanted rollbacks on my realm. It's happened a few times, usually when there is maybe 5-6 players on, and maybe a couple of us are flying around with elytras loading new chunks. It's frustrating but we've dealt with it, this time though it was just me and one other person, we weren't doing anything intensive and then I tried opening a chest and it wouldn't open, we got an error message like always that says "Connection Reset," and 30 minutes of progress was gone. I don't know if this is a known issue or if there is anything that can be done to help, but if it happens again I'll probably cancel my realm subscription. I hope this gets fixed soon, thank you.
