Stuck at "Loading Resource Packs" then "Disconnected from Server"

I am getting stuck logging into a friend's Realm. I get to the "Loading Resource Packs" page and it just hangs for ages, then "Disconnected from Server" comes up with the only option being to OK and return to the main menu.

I am the only player who is experiencing this issue, others can join without issue. 

I was able to join the Realm after the last update on 15 Mar, however, when I tried to join 16 Mar I was unable to. Nothing had changed - no new devices (hardware or software) had been added to my PC (AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12 core, 32GB DDR4 RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Window 10 Home x64 22H2). I have been trying to log on every day since with no success.

Fixes tried:

Repaired Minecraft and the Launcher via Windows Apps & Features and Xbox App
Uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft Windows and the Launcher 4 times (in case the download was corrupted), trying both via Windows and Xbox App
Turned off my anti-virus and other cleaner programs that run in the background
Test Microsoft Account by logging in to another PC and that works fine - I am able to log on to the Realm.
Cleaned all unneeded files from PC (which is done monthly anyway)
Checked for viruses and malware
Checked internet - which is running within usual parameters with a steady signal, no drops and low ping
Checked main SSD has ample space
Checked Windows is up to date
Checked all drivers are up to date
Rebooted system after each and every step/change

I've Googled and gone through all bugs reported. I've found a lot of players who have experienced the same issue going back several years, yet there is NO definitive fix!! All fixes I have found, I have tried and they have not worked. Bug reports that have been closed have not actually been resolved.

Please do not just pile this report into another report as a duplicate. Please respond.

Update: The owner of the Realm has turned off the one resource pack that was enabled, although this has not caused an issue before, nor is it an issue for other players or my account on a different computer (laptop). This issue remains on my main PC.

My PC is wirelessly connected to the router, whereas my laptop is wirelessly connected to the Mesh. Today I tried connecting my PC via the Mesh and managed to get on to MC Realm!! Pure fluke that I tried it tbh.

The router is only 2 months old and is still perfectly fine when streaming video, and playing other games (including via Xbox Cloud Gaming), additionally, speed tests run from my PC wirelessly to the router show a perfectly clean connection, so I did not think this was the issue. I'm actually surprised MC Windows is so susceptible to such small internet fluctuations, which is evidentially the case. Although this now makes sense with others reporting this fault just seems to repair itself.
