I am paying for a realm and lately quiet often many of me and my friends have issues with disconnecting. The server stops responding and after a few seconds of already realm being frozen the server kicks you. The worst part of it is that sometimes the realm world goes back 15, maybe 30 minutes. It also made a mob despawn (rip my camel) which made me quiet upset.

This is now happening every single time anyone plays on your Realm that i so generously PAY for. Are you fixing this or should i cancel the subsription. With support like this and practically not functional servers you might as well shut the whole Realms service down. Absolute descrace and scam. The dude linked my report to an unresolved bug report from 2020. Is this a joke i am furius. FIX THIS NOW PLEASE
