I bought a realm, my third realm, but I cannot start it. I receive a message that says: Your purchase succeeded, but we couldn't create your Realm right now. We will create your Realm as soon as possible. Check back later on this "Playstation4" system. If this problem happens for more than a day, please contact Mojang Support.
That was 3 days ago. I contacted Mojang Support and got an automated reply asking for my MCID number and a few other small details, I replied. I have not received correspondence since then. I have logged in and out of Microsoft. I can not swap out the realm with a preexisting one. My internet is strong. I can access my first realm with out a problem. Short of uninstalling and reinstalling my Minecraft, (which seems foolish, because this is a Mojang server issue, not my machines issue) I do not know what to do. The money for the realm has left my account. I just want what I paid for. Support from Mojang has been next to nothing. There's no phone number to call, and no reply to my email from Minecraft help. I have a ticket number. 5888414 But I don't' think there's a human on the other end. What do I do to get the realm I paid for?
