Long term (8+ years) world currently on realms became stuck with day/night cycle off despite never activating cheat mode or creative. Achievements can still be earned and would prefer to keep it that way, but want a regular day/night cycle. Sleeping in beds sets spawn but does not advance time.

When looking at world settings both Day/night cycle and weather are turned off.
When making a local copy the issues persist and the settings stay the same.

When exporting worlds, you need to save them to a folder that is not inside a OneDrive folder. (MCPE-41898)

@unknown Uploaded a fixed world here: irrelephant29's Realm 05_09_24 14_59_13 - fixed.mcworld, could you check if the daylight cycle works correctly and achievements can still be unlocked?
Additionally, do you remember when the settings changed on their own? Do you have any ideas as to what might have caused that?
New save file has both weather and day/night cycle fixed and can confirm both PC and XBOX version on Realms can earn achievements. Initial issue occurred when realms first appeared on Xbox. Some combination of uploading to the realm, syncing with xbox cloud, and the large file size seemed to cause the corruption. Save file was nearly lost and corrupted version was eventually recovered.
If you look at the world settings, does it show that the day/night cycle is actually turned off?
Can you please download a local copy of the world to see if the issue still occurs there?
