I just got my Realm subscription a couple hours ago, and tried uploading a world onto Realms however I was met with the constant error messages. I tried creating a new world and it would work and I also removed all texture packs. My guess it has something to do with the data loaded being higher than the max data indicated at the end of the loading bar 39.5MB and 39.3MB respectively.
