After I download a previous backup of a realm world, I cannot open it in my computer (Windows 11) nor I can open any other world, if I want to open any other world I have to go back to the main menu but I still cannot open the realm backup world. The world does have addons activated, but I can download the world on Nintendo Switch and open, I cannot open the world at all in PC.

Sure, but I figured that it has something to do with marketplace downloads being broken, I can open the world if I disable the addons first but that's not an option if I want to play it because I'll lose stuff, the message that appears very very briefly when I try to load the world is the "Checking downloads" message, and for some reason I can't download stuff, in the marketplace it just shows an infinite progress bar that never advances, and since it doesn't advance, I never "download" the addons the world uses, therefore it cannot open the world without the necessary addons.
@unknown: Can you try the following workaround and see if that allows you to download the add-ons?
From the Minecraft start screen, select Settings > Storage.
Click the Clear Marketplace Cache button.
Exit Minecraft
Restart Minecraft and try downloading the add-ons again.
I'm pretty sure the problem is with the add-on named "Improved Backpack+" that's present in the world you linked. I didn't try to import the world myself because it contains this old-type add-on that runs a big JavaScript module I don't trust, but when I deleted the pack from the downloaded world (it's in the "behavior_packs\0" folder) I was able to import the world and it opened normally. (Incidentally, it opened with me in the Nether, surrounded by a protective netherrack shell.)
This add-on was obtained from a third party, not the Marketplace. Mojang does not support fixing bugs caused by third-party content.
What I would suggest for you is that you open the .zip world folder in Windows Explorer, navigate to the behavior_packs folder, and delete the 0 subfolder. You should then be able to re-import the modified world and open it. Once you've done that, if you really need the Improved Backpack+ add-on you can try installing it on your device and activate it in the world's Resource Packs and Behavior Packs settings. Keep in mind, though, that this is unsupported content from a provider unknown to Mojang or Microsoft, so you assume all risks in doing so.
Resolving temporarily as Awaiting Response. Could you export the world and add it to your report? If it exceeds the file size limit, you can upload it elsewhere (e.g., OneDrive) and link it here.
