realm is not working

For days now I have not been able to enter, in fact it does not even appear to me. All this has been happening since the 1.21.21 update. There are times when the realm appears and when I enter there are one of two options: 1. It allows me to enter but any modification to the world is not saved and does not allow me to make any adjustments 2. It opens but stays on the loading screen.

It is worth mentioning that since yesterday 08/15/2024 the realm does not appear to me, I subscribed approximately 12 days ago and I want to cancel my subscription.

I demand my refund because even the world was corrupted apart from being unplayable.
