[REALMS-12112] realms are not loading on minecraft for windows, or minecraft for switch in my account

When I open minecraft for windows or mine craft for switch in my account, all I get is a fetching realms under the worlds tab and friends tab, and when I go under settings and check my subscriptions, it says I have no subscriptions, even though I have a few signed up and active.

also the issues didn't start till the 1.21.21 update

This has been happening to me as well. Though my friends can join the realm (somewhat unreliably) I cannot join it at all as the owner.

I have two family members, that if someone can look into and get their accounts working as well one accout is XandOise and the other is Kukr Imperat if someone from the Mojang technical team, can make sure both of their accounts are working.
